I am a social change practitioner living in south east London, passionate about the environment, mental health and social justice.
I am currently Associate Director of Impact at The Royal Foundation of The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge where I design national and international scale strategic projects, primarily leading the Foundation’s mental health work.
I began my career as a support worker, before working in communications, insight and innovation within the food retail sector. I have worked at The Royal Foundation since 2018, and during this time I was part of the founding team for The Earthshot Prize, a global environmental prize launched by Prince William, and led the design of the Prize, creation of the theory of change and partnerships strategy.
I have attended the University of Birmingham and the University of Cambridge, including studying a Master’s in Social Innovation at the Judge Business School, with a focus on building supportive culture and ecosystems for innovation and social change.
I became a trustee of BTSE in Autumn 2022 as I wanted to contribute to my local community and be part of a leading coalition to improve the health and wellbeing of the people at the heart of it.
