I was one of the founding members of BTSE (Bromley Third Sector Enterprise) and its first Chair in 2017.

I joined the charity Bromley, Lewisham & Greenwich (BLG) Mind in 2005, and was appointed Chief Executive in 2012.

I am a social worker by training, and have over 20 years’ experience in leadership roles, primarily in mental health charities. I am passionate about social justice, the vital role of the voluntary sector and the value of peer support.

My priorities include creating inclusive organisations, developing effective partnerships and leading with compassion.

As well as being a Trustee for BTSE, I am also voluntary sector mental health lead for South East London.
