Bromley Well wins quality excellence award for Carers Services

Bromley Well services for unpaid carers have been recognised for their excellent standard of service by national charity, Carers Trust, with the award of their ‘Excellence for Carers’ quality standard.

Significant achievement for Bromley Well staff and volunteers

Congratulations to all the staff and volunteers helping to provide quality services for carers delivered by our charity partners:- Age UK Bromley and Greenwich, Bromley Mencap, Bromley Lewisham and Greenwich Mind and Citizens Advice Bromley.

Partnership in action

As network partners of Carers Trust, Bromley Well have been providing a range of support for unpaid carers in the London Borough of Bromley since 2017.

Services are funded by Bromley Council and the local NHS and are delivered by a unique partnership of local charities working together to help local residents who, without payment,  care for someone else.

Helen Oliver,  Carers Trust’s Quality Assurance and Improvement Manager:

We are delighted to be able to present the Excellence for Carers award to Bromley Well. The partnership have worked incredibly hard to develop their approach and we are delighted to see the progress they have made. The organisations that make up the Bromley Well partnership have shown a clear commitment to providing excellent services for unpaid carers and we very much look forward to working with them moving forwards as their services continue to thrive.
